About ‘Icy waterfall in Iceland’ by Albert Mendelewski
This is Rjúkandafoss. A waterfall Iceland that lives up to its name. Because of the splashing water, the rocks in the water are covered with a layer of ice. There are also icicles hanging down from the rocks. All this makes it a real winter scene, even though there is no snow yet.

I am an enthusiastic hobby photographer who enjoys photographing nature in all its forms, from very small (macro) to infinite landscapes, and all the animals that live in it. Besides that I also like to photograph cities, during the day as well as in the evening. All this I like to combine with travelling, from close by in the Netherlands to the other side of the globe. All in all enough food for a photographer. I hope you like my photos ;-)
