Gerardus Johannes Bos (Leiden, Holland, Netherlands April 9, 1825 - May 13, 1898) was a Dutch painter, etcher, lithographer and lithographer.
Bos held many social positions. He was director of the Leidsche Schilder- en Tekenacademie Ars Aemula Naturae, director of the Genootschap Mathesis Scientiarum Genitrix, deacon of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, and regent of the Evangelical Orphanage and Old people's Home.
