The Hungarian Parliament building in Budapest is one of the largest and most iconic parliament buildings in the world. Located on the banks of the Danube, it is an impressive example of neo-Gothic architecture, with ornate turrets, an imposing dome and a richly decorated facade. The building was completed in 1904 and still houses the Hungarian parliament. It is a popular sight both during the day and at night (when it is beautifully lit).
