About ‘Hotel de wereld Wageningen’ by Prisca van Dorrestein

Hotel de Wereld has a rich history. The first writings in 1669 already mentioned the then lodging "De Waerelt". At that time it served mainly as a stopping place for travelers heading east. Later 'De Waerelt' served as a stopping point for the steam train between Utrecht and Arnhem.
