The Scottish Highlanders are known for their impressive horns. This gives the Highlanders a dangerous appearance. However, highlanders are very friendly animals. I could this man then quietly pass.
In the North Holland Dune Reserve, many Scottish Highlanders (and other large herbivores) off to prevent the encroachment of the dunes. You can clearly see that this is very effective. Forested areas have been more open.
