The inspiration for this picture was the clear, almost architectural shape of this iris variety. I was interested in how the bright colour scheme combines with the complex flower structure - an interplay of light, surface and depth. The aim was to capture this balance in a calm but precise image detail.
The atmosphere I want to create with this work is bright, open and reduced. It is about visual calm - a picture that is not overwhelming, but leaves room for contemplation and interpretation.
In interior design, this work is particularly suitable for minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired rooms. It brings lightness and structure without being dominant - a floral element that combines clarity and naturalness.
