Hakone by Hiroshige. Ando Hiroshige, also known as Utagawa Hiroshige, 1797 - 12 October 1858, Edo was a Japanese artist. He made ukiyo-e. Better known as woodblock. He became best known for his landscape paintings. Katsushika Hokusai was an inspiration to Hiroshige. The husband of Hiroshige's adopted daughter succeeded him as Hiroshige II.
