This photo was taken inside the beech tunnel on Mariëndael estate in Oosterbeek, Gelderland. This tunnel was made at the time for damsels so they could go outside without being seen. It is the longest beech tunnel in Europe in very imposing when you stand in it. I tried to capture this feeling in the photograph. It takes you into the tunnel.
