About ‘Graphics and font ’ by Sabine Kraftmeier

Two words, "on Fire", on a graphic background reflecting the fire. A warm, heated basic mood graphically implemented. A dark magenta and a light green that stand for fire, for flames. A black for the burnt and the ashes. Shapes of flames that flicker abstractly and are brought into new contexts. A fire that does not go up but seems to spread horizontally. No red or yellow, but modified colours. Is this still a real, genuine fire. And this is precisely the question that arises here. Is it all real, what we experience and do? Is the real fire still burning in us? Or are we in the process of extinguishing our light. Have we changed and adapted too much and lost our original being? Are flames still flames or rather waves, and that is where the blue-turquoise comes into play. An impression of water. Flames and water combine. Irritation arises. Confusion arises. Which is which? And the fire is no longer "on" when water is added. Or has the fire become water? Confusion. And this is exactly the state the world and human beings seem to be in. Fire is and remains fire and ditto water. Why then do people assume they have to be like others?

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
