Real gold is not afraid of the melting pot, so says an old Chinese proverb. And that also applies to this photo, the golden colours melting together here during the sunset glow.
A golden sunset on the Opal Coast in early spring. The beaches are still empty, just the sun, sea and me. Thanks to the ICM technique used, (movement Intentional Camera Movement, translated to Dutch, it means that the camera was deliberately (Intentional) moved while taking the picture), the golden sunset is beautifully soft yet tightly captured, almost dreamy and abstract at the same time.
The fine soft tone-on-tone colours blend together brilliantly. The perfect sunset was captured in the golden final light.
There was a warm atmosphere about the evening, the feeling of 'it was a good day today'.
Because of the sophisticated colours, this picture fits in a modern interior, but also in a classic or sleek interior.
