This photograph showcases the stunning Golden Pheasant, one of the most colorful and striking pheasant species. The male is a true masterpiece of nature: its golden-yellow crest cascades like a fan over the neck, which features vivid orange and black stripes. The back shimmers in green and blue, while the breast glows in deep red, and the long tail feathers are delicately speckled. Together, these tones create a vibrant and exotic palette that seems almost too perfect to be natural. Photographed in my own aviary, this image captures the remarkable details and dazzling beauty of this extraordinary bird.

The inspiration for this piece stems from my personal fascination with exotic birds, which I am fortunate to observe closely in my own aviary. The Golden Pheasant, with its almost surreal display of colors, feels like a living work of art. Capturing the bird in a calm and natural setting allowed its vibrant hues and elegant form to truly shine. The thought that such a bird, usually associated with the mountains of China, now lives within my own environment inspired me to capture and share this unique momen

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
