This beautiful glacial lake, called: "Bow Lake" is found in Banff National Park in the province of Alberta in Canada.
It is located along the route of the Icefields Parkway in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
This spectacular mountain view of the lake with its almost emerald green water is visited by many tourists for its beauty.
In the winter period, this area is ideal for winter sports, while in summer it is ideal for hiking (walking) along the shores. The beautiful views of the mountains and the lake make this location a "must see" for anyone who comes near here during his/her vacation. The lake is the source of the Bow River, which flows through the towns of Banff, Canmore and Calgary.
In winter, this lake is frozen and can be recreated on. This unspoiled nature leaves an indelible impression on those who have witnessed and experienced this natural beauty.
