About the artwork

In the stillness of a gloomy autumn day, as the mists gently settled around the peaks and the leaves fell to the ground in warm ochre tones, I embarked on a journey into the past. My homemade panoramic photo captures the magic of the former mountain village of Gerstruben in the Allgäu, a place that seemed forgotten by time.
The old wooden houses, with their weathered beams and ornate carvings, stand as silent witnesses to a bygone era. Their warm brown contrasts gently with the autumnal colours of the surrounding nature. A whiff of nostalgia and history is in the air.
In the background, the crag of heaven rises majestically, shrouded in clouds, like a mythical guardian over the valley. Its grey rocks seem to guard the secrets of the centuries.
The mood that day was melancholy, but also fascinating. A soft rustling of the wind and the rustling of the leaves told stories of past generations. At that moment I could feel the bond between man and nature.
My panoramic photo from Gerstruben is a journey into the past, a tribute to the beauty of the autumnal Allgäu landscape and a tribute to the humanity that once lived here. It reminds us how time passes, but the beauty of nature and the traces of history remain forever in our hearts.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
