About "Gamrig and Saxon Switzerland in winter"

About the artwork

The Gamrig is one of my favourite mountains in Saxon Switzerland. At any time of year, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the wooded landscape from its summit. In the foreground is the climbing rock called Gamrigscheibe. In the distance you can see the eroded sandstone rocks in the Rathen area, including the Bastei, the Gansfelsen and the Honigsteine. Sunlight illuminates the sleeping nature. The subtle colours in the cold winter months and the annual change in nature inspired me to create this picture.

On my hikes in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, there are a few viewpoints that I always like to visit. The Gamrig is definitely one of them. I find it very appealing to be very close to the tourist destinations - and at the same time to enjoy the seclusion of the Saxon mountains. With this photo, I would like to bring the scenic beauty of Saxon Switzerland into your home.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
