The area around the Drentsche Aa is flooded during heavy rainfall. The course of the Deurzerdiep cannot even be seen for a moment. The trees and reedbeds are beautifully lit by the sun that occasionally comes between the clouds. It creates a nice contrast. This photo is a digital manipulation in oil paint style.
