For me, it is always fascinating to use art as a medium to depict alternative and impossible realities - worlds that could not exist under our physical conditions.
In this depiction, walking on water and even lighting a campfire on the surface of the water seems perfectly normal and commonplace. In this "parallel world" normality is not questioned, which opens up the possibility of establishing "commandments" or "prohibitions" within these boundaries. Because apparently everything is allowed here.
From a philosophical perspective, one could ponder whether the introduction of a set of rules is not a form of dominance over reality.
