The present is sometimes overshadowed by the burdens of the past. To heal the present, we must also heal the past. In the here and now, we are always a product of what has happened yesterday or before. There is still sadness within you, sadness that really should no longer be there. But that sadness unconsciously holds you back. It’s as if you are a beautiful flower, yet covered by old wounds.
Take a moment to look back at the past. What old wounds are still present? It's time to heal them. Embrace them with love, don't tuck them away, because if you do, they will only fester. And let's be honest, no one wants a festering wound. Yes, it can be a difficult journey, but embrace the process.
By embracing and healing your old wounds, you make space for new possibilities. You don't have to rush it, take your time. And you will see, afterward, you will shine again like a flower at its most beautiful. Let the healing power of self-compassion and love be your guide on this journey to inner healing.
