Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Fishing boats in the cliffs near Sagres’ by Detlef Hansmann Photography

In the steep cliffs on the coast near Sagres in Portugal you can find lonely fishermen's huts. Their red roofs light up when the sun shines on them. Narrow steps carved into the rock show the arduous and dangerous way down to the boats. The surf pounds against the rocks, showing the power of waves and wind.
