As evening falls over Amsterdam and the IJ fills with thousands of illuminated boats, SAIL Amsterdam 2025 reaches its climax: the traditional closing fireworks show. This photo captures that magical moment: a sea of light and colour, with impressive flares above the iconic A'DAM Tower and the modern EYE Film Museum.

The sparkling reflections on the water, the ships coming together for this festive finale and the energy of the city make this a unique work of art that captures the soul of the world's biggest nautical event.

Once every five years, Amsterdam transforms into the beating heart of the maritime world during SAIL Amsterdam. In 2025, hundreds of historic tall ships, modern ships and thousands of spectators once again converged on the IJ to celebrate this unforgettable nautical spectacle.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
