The whole picture is full of lots of red flowering tulips. There are three rows, and from the middle of the sides there is a sloping line to the back where there are no tulips. These are the paths over which the grower can walk to tend the tulips.
There is perspective and depth in the photo because of these lines; the tulips in the foreground are also sharper than in the background.
The color is bright red, a bit toward pink. The tulips are blooming abundantly. Light is falling on the tulips so that a slight glow is visible here and there. You can't see the sky or the rest of the surroundings.
The photo was taken in the bulb region in North Holland in the Netherlands, in April. There are many tourists in the area then, all coming to look at the bulbs and tulips.
