About the artwork

In the photo, you see an enchanting forest path, hidden deep within an autumn forest glowing in warm shades of orange, red, and gold. The trees along the path have shed their leaves, forming a sort of archway of colored foliage where sunlight shimmers through. The golden light falls like a soft veil on the ground, where a carpet of leaves lies, and it almost feels as if the path is inviting you to venture deeper into the woods, into an unknown, magical world. A silence lingers in the air, as if the forest itself holds a secret, and only the gentle wind rustling through the trees accompanies you. You feel that this is no ordinary path, but a place that only dreamers and adventurers discover, a place where nature embraces you and time seems to stand still.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
