2015 - Mixed media digital collage made from elements of my scrapbooks. This collage started with a photo I took from a wall containing parts of a poster. From there I added a lot of layers and the Billy Idol song popped up in my head while working on it.

My work is best described as ‘Mash-up Pop Art’. It’s all about bringing worlds together in one new fresh context. Just like musical mashups but in my case much broader. An old comic together with a line from a movie, an advertising image from the eighties together with lyrics from today.
