About the artwork

The Eurofighter Typhoon (Eurofighter EFA 2000) is a fighter aircraft designed and built by a European consortium. A total of 630 Typhoons were planned to be built with a possible option for 90 more. The aircraft will be delivered to the UK (232 units), Germany (180), Italy (121), Spain (87), Austria (18) Saudi Arabia (72), Oman (12) and Kuwait (28); a Greek order for 60 units did not go ahead. Other countries that have expressed interest in the Eurofighter Typhoon are Denmark, India, Pakistan, Romania and Oman.
Belgium and the Netherlands also considered buying the Typhoon in 2001 as a replacement for the General Dynamics F-16 but still took part in the development of the US Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). The main arguments cited by supporters of the JSF against the Eurofighter are that the concept would be outdated (the design dates from 1985 at the time of the Cold War with a potential threat from the USSR nearby) and that the aircraft would be too expensive to maintain because of its two engines instead of one. In a renewed candidate comparison by the Dutch government in 2008, both Eurofighter Typhoon and Dassault Rafale withdrew from the competition, believing that the decision had already been made.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
