About the artwork

This photo is from several years ago. To be precise, this picture was taken in April 2021. In corona time. There was still a lockdown and you were not allowed to do much back then. However, you were fortunately allowed to go out by car. So we went on a nice outing by car. Just drive around and see where we ended up. First to Willemstad then in the direction of Zeeland. Eventually we ended up in Zoutelande. On the way, we put on the beautiful BLØF song with Geike Arnaert. That was great fun, of course. All of us singing along in the car on the way to Zoutelande.
Once there, I took out my camera. I love the sea, the beach and the clear blue sky. The atmosphere in the photo exudes both a warm and cool feeling. Of course the blue colours give a cool feel to the photo but the sun in the top right indicates a lovely warm day. Not a summer day but warm enough to take a nice walk on the beach. Personally, I have a great memory of this photo. It will stay.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
