Empty oyster shell washed up on Neeltje Jans.
The artificial island of Neeltje Jans was built in the mouth of the Eastern Scheldt and served as a working island during the construction of the Eastern Scheldt storm surge barrier, the grand scheme of the Delta Works.

Near the island of Neeltje Jans, you can find many beautiful oyster shells in the area.
