I like not to expose the water too softly (grey filter). I want to keep the picture lively with a certain dynamic.
This motif is particularly characterised by the exposure time of the water. I tried out different shutter speeds. Between 1/5 or 1/10 is enough to show this dynamic in the picture. Of course, the polarising filter had also done its job by darkening the image by 1 f-stop, reducing the reflections and increasing the saturation at the same time.
I drove home with wet feet after the long walk.
