The Grote Sint-Laurenskerk, formerly Grote or Sint-Laurenskerk, is a church building at Koorstraat 2 in Alkmaar. It is a brick-clad cross basilica with a seven-sided chancel. The construction took place from 1470 to 1518. The church has four stair towers and contains the oldest church organ still to be played in the Netherlands. The originally Catholic church became Protestant in 1573 and has had no religious function since 1996. It houses a museum about the history of the building.
