About ‘Detail photo of samphire in the clay’ by Karin Bakker
On 't Wadden you find several salt marshes where samphire grows in abundance. The clay looks dried out now but is watered twice a day. Ebb and flow ensure that the Wadden Sea regularly shows its face. This keeps the marsh samphire green and the clay wet.
Is it a picture, that green against the blue sky?
