Dead trees on the salt flat called Deadvlei against a large red sand dune with the brilliant blue sky above. Deadvlei is located in Namibia and can be reached from Sesriem. This location has been on my list to visit for years, because this is a very surreal environment that you can get totally absorbed in. Truly beautiful.

I am an enthusiastic hobby photographer who enjoys photographing nature in all its forms, from very small (macro) to infinite landscapes, and all the animals that live in it. Besides that I also like to photograph cities, during the day as well as in the evening. All this I like to combine with travelling, from close by in the Netherlands to the other side of the globe.
