Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘Darß peninsula - view of the Bodden’ by Thomas Bugdoll

*** Attention: Real photography - no AI! ***

The reeds rustle gently in the wind and open up a view of a landscape that radiates tranquillity and vastness at the same time: this photo captures the unique moment when the view is directed through the dense reed belt to the tranquil Bodden behind the Darß peninsula. Like a natural frame, the golden reeds draw the eye to the shimmering water behind, which glows in soft shades of blue and grey depending on the light.

The photograph tells of the unspoilt nature of this special region, where nature still sets the pace. The Bodden seems almost mysterious, protected and hidden, and yet open to the viewer who takes the time to look more closely. You can feel the clear air, literally hear the distant calls of the birds and feel the decelerating power of this coastal landscape.

This photo is more than just a snapshot - it is an invitation to leave everyday life behind and mentally immerse yourself in a place where serenity and closeness to nature take centre stage. Ideal for anyone who loves the tranquil beauty of the Darß or wants to take a piece of North German coastal poetry home with them.

I hope you enjoy looking at the photo!
