About ‘Cuckoo clock ART 3.0’ by Ingo Laue

The cuckoo clock, also known as the Black Forest clock, usually sounds this call on the hour together with a gong, with the number of cuckoo calls indicating the hour. In addition to the chime, a cuckoo figure emerges from a flap above the clock face and was invented in our village of Schönwald in 1737.
