The nature beings and your connection to them can be felt more deeply. You may be able to feel them near you, then turn to them lovingly. Use the crystals TAHI'TAA - AN'THEAA and AN'ANASHA.

Crystal explanation:
TAHI'TAA - Mindfulness
I am TAHI'TAA - I am closely connected to your spiritual energy. It is mindfulness that strengthens and expands your intention, allows you to be in the here and now, supports basic trust, brings you into peace, into stillness and the golden unified chakra.

AN'THEAA - Compassion
Compassion is a divine attribute, linked to the divine attributes of all-encompassing love and gratitude. This allows profound changes to take place. AN'THEAA is the crystal of the deepest union, the great human family, the union of all living energy, the crystal that makes you feel that every living being carries the divine light and is an expression of the divine source. The feeling of being a part of the "Great Whole" - allows your soul to enter into deep processes of profound love and gratitude. Fear and worry dissolve when you accept AN'THEAA for yourself and allow it to work in your soul.

Compassion means empathizing with individuals, groups, situations... But it is important to realize that compassion is not only empathy in suffering and pain, but above all compassion means letting yourself fall into great abundance: of love, joy, security, peace and circulating deep in your soul it brings the joy of life, health, mercy, forgiveness and manifestation. Compassion contains all of this.

AN'ANASHA - Gratitude
I am the crystal AN'ANASHA. I carry the energy of gratitude for ALL THAT IS. Feel the gratitude within you and send it outwards so that a flow can arise between GIVING and RECEIVING. Say "AN'ANASHA" from deep within your heart for EVERYTHING - including every blockage and every resistance. In doing so, you free yourself from everything that binds you and keeps you "trapped" in illusion.
