This is an original handmade linocut print.
The original is available in an edition of 24.
The first photo attached is number 13/24 and comes in pink, reddish brown, dark brown, black, blue light green, dark green, orange.
Photos 2 to 6 are layers 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

It is printed with Caligo Safe Wash oil paint.
The image size is 29x29cm, on heavyweight 35x35cm acid-free paper, and is framed with passe-partout under glass (40x40cm).
I spent over two months on the design and printing. A total of 50 hours.

My inspiration came from a six-year-old boy who visited my exhibition and looked around strangely because he didn't see any paintings with cows (his father is a farmer).
My studio is in a rural area, and I can hear the sheep, horses and goats as I sit and paint. I love animals and enjoy painting them. It was therefore a good idea to paint a cow. Of course he gets one as a present!
This is a varied edition. Each print is handmade and is slightly different. I may have used the roller slightly differently or mixed a colour slightly differently.
