Anna de Noailles was born as Anna Élisabeth Bibesco princess de Brancovan and became comtesse de Noailles by marriage (Paris, November 15, 1876 - there, April 30, 1933) was a French writer and poet. As a salon owner she was a well-known figure in the Parisian beau monde of the fin de siècle.
