About "Clervaux - digital painting"

About the artwork

From a picturesque bird's eye view, the charming Luxembourg town of Clervaux unfolds, embraced by dense green hills that fill the horizon in soft hues. The white castle, imposing and timeless, is central to the composition and forms the heart of the village. This castle is not only an architectural showpiece but also home to the world-renowned photography exhibition The Family of Man, where visitors from all over the world gather to experience the power of photography.

To the left of the hill stands the Benedictine abbey of St Maurice, recognisable by its twin towers that tower high above the buildings. The abbey exudes tranquillity and spirituality, a harmonious counterpoint to the lively culture surrounding the castle. Its narrow streets, charming squares and historic facades add a warm human scale to the panorama.

In this digital painting, a technique was chosen that gives the scene a soft, almost watercolour-like character. Subtle brushstrokes allow the edges of the image to merge with the green surroundings, while the architecture remains sharp enough to show the wealth of details. The combination of realism and picturesque blurring invites you to look longer, as if you were floating above Clervaux yourself and slowly discovering how nature, history and culture merge into one harmonious whole here.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
