"Citroën SM" (built from 1970 - 1975) which, with "Citroën DS" (built from 1955 - 1975), both stand out as automotive style icons of the 20th century.
The SM could mean Maserati for series, as the first cars still had the Citroën-S-Maserati logo. Because Citroen initially shied away from building a V6 and V8 engine, although these engines were already in development at the beginning of the 1960s. Of course the SM also had a cornering light which was moved hydraulically instead of using cable pulls as on the DS models.
