I am an avid wildlife photographer and I am always looking for new and interesting subjects to photograph. Recently, I was lucky enough to meet a chipmunk while walking through the forest.
Chipmunks are small, striped rodents that are often mistaken for squirrels. However, they are smaller and have a more stocky body. Chipmunks are also very fast and agile, which makes it challenging to photograph them.
When I saw the chipmunk, I was immediately fascinated. It was busy collecting food and seemed unaware of my presence. I took my time to observe and study the animal. I not only wanted to take pretty pictures's but also capture the chipmunk's behaviour.
I was impressed by the way the chipmunk hid its food. He put the nuts and seeds in his cheek pouches and took them to a safe place to bury them.
It was a great experience to see these little animals in their natural habitat. I took many photos's and I am proud to have been able to capture these beautiful animals.
