Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Characteristic wooden houses in Norway’ by Evert Jan Luchies

Characteristic wooden houses in the village of Lærdalsøyri , located on a spur of the Sognefjord in central Norway. Low hanging clouds and mountains in the background. In 2014 a big fire destroyed thirty old houses in this village. This photo was taken in the summer of 2017.

1968. Lives on the edge of the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. Works at the limits of knowing. Photographs regularly since 2000, preferably with a tripod and seas of time. Makes 1000 photos to delete 950 photos. Camping, under the motto of "a holiday without sea and beach, is not a holiday". Drives alternately Volvo and Saab, in the colour black, just like I drink my coffee. Former Canon adept.
