About the artwork

The painting "Chaos Days in Pennsylvania" by Michael Ladenthin, a German artist born in 1963, is an impressive work that reflects the intensity and turbulence of the political climate in the United States. Ladenthin, who lives and works in the Ruhr area, is known for his expressionistic and sometimes realistic paintings based on abstract processes. His artistic signature is characterised by the use of primary colours - yellow, cyan and magenta - in combination with white and black. In his works, he creates extraordinary stories and scenes from random structures, which can often depict dreams or psychotic states.

The 60 x 60 cm painting "Chaos Days in Pennsylvania" was created with mixed media (oil on acrylic) and expressively reflects the significant election campaign in the United States, in particular the assassination attempt on Trump, which kept the world press in suspense. The painterly realisation combines watercolour features with large areas of colour and open spaces that leave the viewer room for interpretation. Parts of the painting are deliberately unedited to give the viewer the opportunity to discover and individually add their own pictorial elements and scenes.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
