The Shell Cave in Wassenaar (the Netherlands)
The ruins of this building are located on a kind of peninsula and lie beneath a hill that is covered with many different mosses. This structure, also called the hermitage, was built in 1775 by Cornelis Backer. There was a fireplace inside. The ruin became a municipal monument in 2007 and refurbished in 2008.
