In a quaint little town, where the streets are laced with mystery and cosiness, lived a curious black cat called Shadow. One enchanting evening, as the sun cast its last rays over the town, Shadow found herself in front of a charming house with a warmly lit window.

With his cat eyes wide open, Shadow looked to the side in wonder. What he saw brought out a mixture of surprise and curiosity. It seemed as if the shadows in the sky were gathering into whimsical shapes, a comical display that made the cat chuckle.

The house radiated a cosy light, making the window a kind of magical gateway to a world of adventures. Shadow, with his fluffy fur and curious whiskers, could not resist the lure of this fairytale scene. With a leap, he landed in front of the window, ready to take part in the unexpected story unfolding inside.

The town sighed with happiness and secrets as Shadow, the curious black cat, began his adventure into the enchanted evening.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
