An old drawer and some pasta literally out of the kitchen drawer is enough for me to arrive at this picture. I believe in the power of simplicity. And as usual, always with beautiful light. What you don't see is as important as what you do see.
Many different pastes've been used but only one really stands out. The tops of the spaghetti. Very subtly lit and therefore so powerful. You have to look.
As many as six different flash units were used for this photo. And yet it looks like one light. With extreme precision, the light has been set up.
A unique work photographed exactly as you see it. No post-processing but pure photography.
A photographer for 42 years. From analogue to digital. A real old-fashioned photographer. Everything you see and buy is real. I don't do post-processing because I can really photograph and don't need post-processing because I have total control over technique and my cameras. That is a very big difference.
