Monastery of SANTA MARIA DE LA DEFENSION in Jerez de la Frontera. At first glance it looks like a dilapidated building, but inside there is tremendous beauty.

Architectural aside, this convent is still inhabited by white-robed nuns who devote their entire lives to god and are completely self-sufficient.
