Evening sky on Capo Rosso from the Mediterranean sea. The Calanques de Piana are one of Corsica's most impressive natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The shapes and contours of the rocks, created by erosion, have all kinds of unique, almost surreal patterns. Especially at sunrise and sunset, the area takes on a magical glow, with the sunlight intensifying the colours of the rocks and enveloping the whole area in warm hues.
