From our holiday address in IJzendijke, we decided to visit beautiful Belgian Bruges with its many historical sites and buildings.
The city centre, criss-crossed with the canals and canals, the "Brugse Reien", with its many beautiful old buildings.
We were lucky that there turned out to be a cycling race (Road World Championships 2022) so it was very quiet in the city itself.
We had a lovely stroll around and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Ended the day with a bite to eat and a drink in the main market.
This photo is of the Rozenhoedkaai. The most photographed part of Bruges I think but I still couldn't resist photographing it too. See original image.
Here I mixed the original photo with an AI image of my same photo as a painting to still get a unique image.
Who am I, a small intro:
Once started as an architecture photographer with Robert Oerlemans as my photography docent at the art academy in The Hague.
Later followed by a 4-year art study "visual" at the UCK in Utrecht and a screen printing course at the CKE in Eindhoven.
