I took this photo at the Hohenzollernbrücke crossing the Rhine. Here you look down beautifully over Cologne's colossal cathedral.
For this photo, I used a slow shutter speed. This makes the water nice and smooth, and you can see streaks of light from a train crossing the bridge and a boat passing under it. You can also see some light stripes from cyclists and their front lights.
I chose to make the photo black and white so it would fit in any interior, but to let these light stripes keep its colours for nice highlights and a nice contrast.
