This waterfall in a mountain forest was very quiet until, and I kid you not, people arrived to enjoy a picknick in the midst of the waterfall. I was standing there with my camera on a tripod and waited and waited and waited and waited. At one point they bent down to get something and I got down as low as I could to try to hide them from sight and I somehow succeeded. I did not get more pictures of this scene because of course they did not stay bent down and I was not about to wait another hour, but I must admit that I was not amused, but after a day I had to laugh at the silliness of it all. Which photographer ever had a family march into his scene to have a picknick in the midst of a waterfall? This must be quite unique and it is also quite unique that I was able to hide them all from sight. It is one of those moments that you just never forget.
