This photo "Leaves of the Bougainvillea dancing on the petrol-blue ground" was taken from a set of leaves of the Bougainvillea, a beautiful plant that grows in warm countries. I came across this one in Lanzarote. Because this set of leaves (the set consists of 3 leaves on a stalk, with the seeds of the plant in the middle) had already fallen off the plant and was already partly dried by the sun, you can see the grain structure very nicely.
The leaves have become fragile and thin by drying in the sun, but therefore also very beautiful and fragile.
When photographing, I chose my camera's settings so that the sharpness in the picture is quite small. This is because I wanted the focus to be on the front leaf and everything in front and behind it to gradually fade away. If you zoom in on the photo (by clicking on it) you can see this.
