The last light of the day on the beach. The last showers have passed, the sun set 10 minutes ago and the Hille is playing a bit of drama.
Especially in the evening after the rain, the air is very clear and visibility is very good. There was almost no wind, the Baltic Sea was very smooth. On the horizon you can still see a small shower on the left half.
As an exile from Fehmarn, where I grew up, I'm always drawn to the water in Denmark, and I love the Baltic Sea.
The clouds themselves are quite undramatic, no big towers or wild shapes, more like a fluffy carpet. The last light of the day tries to catch the viewer's attention in a small strip. But the blue hour has already begun, it's about to get dark
The picture radiates tranquillity and is effective due to its reduced colour and peculiar colour scheme.
Also ideal in large format for offices or doctors' surgeries.
