A striking rock formation on the Mounthmillbeach region of Devon. in the south-west of the united Kingdom.
You can walk there in an hour via a beautiful footpath starting at a car park called Browsham. partly through a forest and interspersed with meadows where you sometimes have to be patient because the cows are grazing in front of the exit. Along the way, you'll be surprised with views over the bay. The lazy sweat that comes off with backpack full of photo equipment and tripod in hand is more than worth it.
Arriving at the beach, you will also find some small buildings where stones used to be heated to make them suitable for construction.
On the way back, you can either take the zigzag path back up or the sloping forest road.
